Grace Mirzeler, M.A., Counseling Psychology Intern*
About Grace
Grace’s path to becoming a counselor is driven by a lifelong passion for supporting others, meeting them where they are, understanding their struggles, and working together to find solutions that promote growth and resilience. She believes that uncertainty and grief are natural parts of life’s journey that can lead to discomfort, but they don’t have to define the outcome. Grace provides a compassionate and supportive presence to empower individuals as they navigate and overcome personal challenges while reshaping their mindset. She believes in and celebrates diversity, embraces and accepts differences, and values self-expression.
In therapy, Grace is passionate, empathetic, and committed to helping others uncover deeper understandings of themselves. She wants you to feel seen and heard. She incorporates an eclectic approach in counseling sessions, grounded in Adlerian, interpersonal, and person-centered viewpoints. Grace teaches practical techniques that foster self-acceptance and cultivate improved well-being through all of life’s hurdles. She prioritizes the importance of building trust and creating a safe space where individuals can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions.
