About Rebekah
Rebekah is a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) providing psychotherapy services for young adults and adults. Rebekah has over 5 years of experience working in various wellness and mental health settings; providing individualized patient centered treatment in a collaborative environment.
Rebekah utilizes empirically supported therapy approaches to build a safe collaborative space where individuals can begin to understand more about themselves and learn evidence-based strategies that will aid in improving resilience and reducing presenting concerns. Rebekah incorporates aspects of various therapies such as interpersonal process, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and acceptance and commitment approaches to encourage growth and therapeutic progress.
Rebekah has a background in neuropsychological research and psychological assessment and is interested in better understanding the role emotion plays in the manifestation of mental health disorders and the development of one’s personality.
